I received my Master's degree in Organizational Leadership through Eastern University. During my studies, I learned organizational dynamics, leadership methods, financial management, human resources and performance management, marketing, change management, and more.
Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member
I received my Coaching, Training, and Speaking certification from Maxwell Leadership. This certification has provided me with world-class training from experts like John C. Maxwell, Mark Cole, Chris Robinson, Roddy Galbraith, and Valorie Burton. This certification has also provided me with training licenses, resources and tools available only to Certified Team Members.
Certified DISC Consultant
I received my certification from Maxwell Leadership as a Consultant and Behavioral Analyst. This certification provided me with the skills and resources to administer The Maxwell DISC Method assessments, accurately interpret the results, and coach participants and teams on understanding and taking action on their results.
CliftonStrengths Certified Coach
I received my certification from Gallup as a CliftonStrengths Coach. This certification provided me with the skills and resources to administer the CliftonStrengths assessments, accurately interpret the results, and coach participants and teams on understanding and taking action on their results.
Appreciation at Work Certified Facilitator
I received my certification as an Appreciation at Work Facilitator. It provided me with the skills and resources to administer the Motivation By Appreciation assessment, accurately interpret the results, and coach and train participants and teams to understand and take action on their results.
Career Experience Summary
I have worked on the ground and top levels of various organizations. I started my career as a candy and ice cream seller at 15, and 22 years later; I own my own business.
In between, I have gained extensive experience in customer service, human relations, business administration, leadership, financial management, change management, strategic thinking, conflict management, performance management, personnel development, hiring and firing, and so much more.
Through it all, I have carefully reflected on what makes organizations thrive or falter. Combined with my strengths, official and unofficial studies, and career experience, I am uniquely positioned to help individuals, teams, and businesses grow and thrive.
