I am a person of value - inherent worth - and I acknowledge that others have the same value. I intentionally demonstrate my value of others in my daily interactions by making their lives better in some way because they crossed my path.
I believe in being authentic and truthful in representing myself and my business.
I walk with integrity with everyone and in everything I do, including words, deeds, financial dealings, conduct, personal relationships, and business relationships, on how I represent myself and work with the materials I am authorized to use, ensuring I am always in compliance.
I am committed to excellence in everything I do.
I am accountable for my promises and actions and to Maxwell Leadership’s Code of Ethics: learning, living, and leading the Laws of Leadership.
Leaders are responsible, and I am a leader. I take credit for my success and my failure. I will act quickly to address issues. More importantly, I will learn from my mistakes and use the lessons learned. I take responsibility for everything I do as an individual knowing full well that it always impacts others.
I am connected to the Maxwell Leadership Brand, and I use the tools and wisdom at my disposal. I use my influence to connect with others and move them from where they are today to where they desire to be, considering their well-being and goals.
I believe humans were created by an all-powerful God and blessed with an eternal purpose. I believe in the saving power of the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. While this is my faith, each individual has the freedom to choose for themselves what they believe, and neither their value nor my response to them changes even if we do not agree.
I am intentional about continuing to grow and develop myself and passionate about facilitating the growth and development of others. The only true failure we face is not learning from what we experience.
Progress Over Perfection
I believe that moving forward and making progress is more important than achieving perfection. Human beings are flawed and imperfect, and we need to give grace to ourselves and others.
Strengths over weaknesses
I believe that by honing my strengths and finding ways to intentionally use them in my daily life, I can be all that I was created to be. This is for anyone willing to understand themselves and be intentional. I also believe that we can have happier, healthier lives if we shift our focus to honing strengths rather than fixing weaknesses.
I believe that moving forward and making progress is more important than achieving perfection. Human beings are flawed and imperfect, and we need to give grace to ourselves and others.
