Natalie has always loved books and spent most of her life with her nose buried in one. But we know this isn't the case for everyone; whether it's a matter of interest or time or another reason, only some have access to the valuable information in books. 

So Natalie got the idea to use her strengths as a Learner and Developer to take what she was already reading and condense it for those who want the information but can only commit to reading short segments.
